]]> Today we went way up to Sonoma to visit Rodney Strong winery. The drive was over an hour but very beautiful through the mountains. Our guide was “Copavi” and he did good. The highlight of the trip was their Reserve winemaker Greg. He showed us the good stuff. Including samples, right from the keg, of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. After the tour, we had a great lunch on the back patio.

We switched hotels today. We are now at the Clif Family “guest house” up in the mountains. It’s way up in the mountains in the city of Angwin. No cell service, no TV, good company.
