The Herns and Horton’s have been so very generous to their guests. They are keeping everyone involved throughout the weekend. It must be costing them a fortune.
- Everyone was invited to the rehearsal dinner. It was served at the pavilion, just down the lane from the lodge location where Lynn and I are staying.
- The wedding itself was very nice and the reception was outstanding. The guests are definitely a party crowd; everyone was singing and dancing all night.
- There was brunch arranged for Sunday morning before people start to head home.

On Saturday, Lynn and I went Whitewater Rafting. It was cold (below 60) and raining. Because the river is fed by snow melt, the water temp is only 45. Thankfully, they gave us full wet suits. Our trip down the Flathead river was calmer than we expected. It was really an easy river to raft; we could have donea more advanced river. The sites were spectacular and the stories from our guide were our favorite part of the trip.
